Need Help Finding PCI-E 3.0 Vertical Extention

Hey everyone, I was recently looking at a Build Log http://www.ameri-rac...PCI-EXPRESS.htm A frustratingly bad website with little information. I was wondering if anyone knew of something like this. A pci express 3.0 extention cable.

They're All called raiser cards iirc, Even though They Are Like cables, and I have no clue Where to get them

Stock coolers - The sound of bare minimum
