Mobo + processor suggestions

I  have a F3-2133C9D-8GXL can you guys suggest a good mobo and processor that will go well with that I'm on a low budget tho :< 

 

P.S. I'm on an E5300 ,some shitty mobo that only supports ddr2 ram and a gtx 460

Also what's the reason you want to upgrade the processor and mobo if you're on a low budget?

@Kurtney Zabala rather than upgrading your cpu and mobo you should just buy a whole new system judging by what you're using your machine is severely outdated and would probably have really outdated drives, case, psu etc that come with it.

 

So it's better to save up for a new low budget PC rather than upgrading only to have it killed by some old PSU or drives you're using.
