It's such a shitty optimized game so it's hard to tell whether it's legit.

This game was release back in October of 2013, why is this even a thing?

 

The game was developed in close cooperation between DC games Montreal and NVidia, so on the games initial release, the NVidia drivers would have been heavily optimized for NVidia cards.

 

Run the game now after a couple of driver cycles and if there's any difference.

It's no secret that the arkham series is partial to nvidia... that said if you disable physx it runs fine on AMD too.
