14 day photo challenge

Momas
Go to solution Solved by Bsmith,

Hello, I would like to take the time to necro this dead topic with the fact that the unofficial LTT group on flickr just has launched it's FIRST photo challenge, based on this idea.

Feel free to join or look around, everyone is welcome afterall.

topic link: https://flic.kr/g/rFKAv

edit:

small question to @Blade of Grass could you maybe make my comment with the link for the flickr page/challenge best answer(or include the link to the page in your post), so that we it would be easier for us to continue it and if people stumble upon this some time in the future they can find their way to that pretty easy instead of accidental/forcefully necroing this

Sunrise over lake ontario.

One of the 1st photos I ever took...literally the 1st time going out with a concept on how to manually control a camera and get the results I want.

Photo from a set for a client (wrote an article for a food magazine). This is a re-edited version of the one I gave her, and I tried something a bit different from my normal, bit on the fence with the style. Only natural lighting was used.

The difference is?

I started learning about some of the more advanced features of Lightroom like Split Tone and Vinette, so I've applied them to this photo. Normally I'm just a contrast/colour temp guy, but this has allowed me to do some nice looking stuff.

I haven't entered in the last few due to not having suitable photos and forgetting the deadline, but I just flicked through my older photos and found a picture of one of the best lunches ever. A Ploughman's lunch

VdsMJyQ.jpg

Ham, Brie, cheddar, pickled onions, salad, seeded bread, coleslaw and branston. If your stomach isn't longing for at least some of that, then you may wish to go and see your doctor  :P I apologise for the poor quality photo, I just couldn't resist sharing it with you all

Just edited it slightly to get rid of the overexposure, I hope that's allowed as it was way too bright.

If I don't find a cityscape, I will either go out of my mancave and take some pics of the city or pass on this challenge :D

Edit: Found a pano I took a few months ago on an abandoned building :D

Should I crop it?
