I'm questioning the statement of "We make computer peripherals" and would like to hear more about that

I would ask @thekeemo :). He runs that department. But currently we are finishing/prototyping a portable desk/notebook cooler and I am working on the design of a mouse and keyboard.

Trying not to advertise. I am not sure how to ask without saying a name... that is why no link or whatnot.

But we have a name. If we Google search your name, we may find it. You should've said "We own a company..." and then state its purpose.

"It pays to keep an open mind, but not so open your brain falls out." - Carl Sagan.

"I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you" - Edward I. Koch

"I didn't die! I performed a tactical reset!" - Apollolol

Enough but not too much.

I edited the post, I didn't think you made a lot, the problem with this is that you are going to be buying retail parts and selling them again through a retail enviroment. That's why you won't make much money off of it. If you are aiming for that you need to get bulk parts.

That doesn't matter in the beginning though, just a thought.

Right now I am just sketching ideas, mostly because we have been focusing on the portable desk idea. If you have anything you would like to have be part of it, PM me!

no I'm just interested in what you are doing. I plan to keep making my own keyboard for future use like the keyboard I'm using right now or the next two I'm planning to make for myself

The unit I chose BTW has a Seasonic S12II platform. With MIR, you're paying $240 less. I know who you're marketing towards, but there are prebuilders that have deals just as bad as yours or better. You can even get the price down more by removing the unnecessary CPU cooler and making other adjustments. I'd suggest you play with the prices more instead of looking to make $200+ on every mid-end system you sell. IIRC, Micro Center and NCIX will even put together PCs for less.

Main Rig: CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5700X3D | RAM: 32GB (2x16GB) KLEVV CRAS XR RGB DDR4-3600 | Motherboard: Gigabyte B550I AORUS PRO AX | Storage: 500GB Crucial P3 Plus, 4TB Silicon Power UD90 | GPU: AsRock Radeon RX 9070 XT Steel Legend | Cooling: ThermalTake Floe 280mm w/ be quiet! We are only buying from two deals for business reasons. I will say we are not making anywhere near 200 dollars per unit after all is said and done. Closer to $60 on a good day.

This isn't a comany that needs to keep major secrets, especially if they are asking for help from the "public" lol.

its not something companies normally do unless you are going to do a initial public offering for stock. How legit is this to be honest, how old are you guys. I approve of what you're doing, just be careful/smart the way you go about it. Lawyers aren't cheap.

great start. If you do make some real money, make sure you redo your w2's, the more "legit" this gets the more you should cover yourself, where you are building is it zoned for what you are doing, look up osha guidelines if you haven't. None of this should mater now, just keep it floating around.
