If you don't have a budget than you'll almost certainly be paying someone else to build your system given what you'll realize you can afford and start to want as time and the build progresses. If your serious about your budget, that's enough to build something that's WAY out of the youtube tutorial, forum post helpers spectrum of knowledge. You're going to be looking at phase changing or a really beautiful custom loop. And in all honesty, you get what you pay for and given that you've made it clear that money isn't an issue, I'd pay for the best you could get for your $. If you go building a $5000 system yourself and **** goes down the drain or you **** something up its on you and your knowledge and its solely your problem. Thats a lot of money to risk yourself with no professional help or opinion. If I had your budget I would honestly send Singularity Computers a message.

Singularity Computers. I'd offer my services but I'm not an internationally recognized entity like they are and in all honestly I can flat out admit they are better at what they do. Check them out on Youtube.
