What was your first GPU in your first PC ? :)

Tadziunia

GeForce2 MX

Can't remember enough to tell you if it was a 100, 200 or a 400 though.

Am I the only one around here who really doesn't like pcpartpicker?
I also like Ubisoft and Origin/EA
Guess I'm just odd that way.

makes me feel old, first pc was a I386 Intel 40mhz must be back in the middle of the 80´s had a co processer, and i believe i had a 8bit SB pro.. im not sure.

but can´t remember the GPU... the first GPU i do remember is for my Pentium 75mhz an S3 card, then went on to a card with a Voodoo rush add on.. (3dfx) then the EXTREMELY expensive orchid righteous 3d, back when 3dfx was a way better alternative than the Power VR cards, and the 3d accelerated matrox millenium. (think the orchid set me back 4000dkkr something like 800bucks, and thats a ADDon card where you still need a 2d card)

My first "GPU" was VooDoo 2 3D accelerator paired with 2d-only Matrox card(don't remember the exact model). First proper, 2D+3D single board solution - Riva TNT2. My first GPU that was actually officially called a "GPU" was GeForce 2.

Cirrus Logic 1MB - IBM Aptiva 535 (if you want that far back)

ALi / nvidia  Aladdin TNT2 (onboard) - first real 3D gaming GPU

PowerColor Geforce 2 MX Pro (didn't have it long due to overclocking error)

ATi Radeon 7000 PCI (yeah, I went to PCI as the AGP model was a bit more money at the time, but had similar performance anyways)

So technically the GF2 was my first "video card", but not my first desktop GPU nor the longest I owned between the ones I listed. Not my photo by the way. I still have the card, but the box is gone.
