Its perfectly fine all under 80 is good (load)

My 290 does better...

Yeah, his GPU is a reference cooler. Your GPU is a not a reference cooler, it has a MSI designed cooler (Forgot the term for this cooler).

If IdleTemp < 45C than okey

If LoadTemp < 80C than okey

idle temp is massively influenced by ambient temperature. if you're sat in a 30c room at its idling at 38c that's fantastic with only an 8c delta.

if your rooms a frosty -10c and its idling at 38c then I'd say that's very bad!!
