2 years ago i was playing crysis 1 on my laptop i used to run it very high 1366x768 at 40 fps

right now i barely play it at very low. Can somebody help me?

Maybe the dust has built up and is making your laptop run hotter?

WHat are you temps during gaming?

70 degrees cpu and gpu idk i must test it

I also have integrated GC inside and i reinstalled windows maybe it switched to integrated??

GPU temps would be appreciated, since that is what fps is most about.

If you right click on the desktop, what do you see? Nvidia Control panel, AMD Cataclyst or Maybe something Intel?

Amd catalyst...

79 degrees idle temps for GC ???

79 degrees is pretty hot for idling. Is this right after gaming?

Also, does your laptop have an AMD dedicated GPU (or Intel CPU)? If so, it should be using that GPU.

Could be either dust buildup, faulty fan (can you monitor fan speed somehow?), or old thermal paste on the GPU.  If you confirm its clean, and the fan spins properly, you might need to take it apart and apply new thermal compound.

On idle after 10 minutes 75 degrees i have dedicated GC on laptop

Well if the temps are higher than that during gaming, like most GPU´s it might be thermal throttling.

I believe with AMD Afterburner you can record the temps or even have them on screen while gaming.

Normal idling should probably be at around 50 degrees C, but a bit depending on the laptop.

Cleaned it i have used cooler master thermal paste

While gaming 112 degrees then throttle.

112 degrees C??? That is definitely throttling. Those are no good temps.

Maybe i should re apply thermal paste?

how old is the paste?  its not normally an issue until 3+ years old, from what I've seen anyway.

Are you sure the fan is spinning properly?

While gaming 112 degrees.

I have also desktop pc Doesn't cross over 60 degrees cpu and gpu doesnt cross 70 degrees. so i know that are bad temps (REALLY)

Maybe i should re apply thermal paste?

Desktops are overall cooler (very generalized statement though). 90 degrees is max for desktops IMO and for laptops it's at about 80 C before throttling.

That is definitely the problem, but I don't know how to resolve it. Not sure if reapplying the paste will help, but it might.

If you say you cleaned it already thoroughly, that is pretty much the only thing that could be it

COMPLETELY new 1 day old fan is spinning around 4500 rpm while gaming

And was it over heating before you put the new paste on, and the new paste didn't help?

If the problem started after the paste, then obviously you should redo it.  But if the paste didn't seem to make any difference, at least you've eliminated one variable.  If fan speed is good, and air flow is fine (check that vent holes are not being choked by something else), you have a real problem...  I can't think of what else would cause it.  perhaps some kind of power delivery issue, faulty battery, or some kind of weird issue with the motherboard.
