Can the corsair h100i handle i5 4690k at 1,3V?

It's not really about how much you should expect. It all depends on the Silicon lottery how well your chip will preform. It could be 80*C at 1.3V whatever clockspeed, or it might not boot. It all depends.

its should do cant see why not, if an intel stock cooler can cool it at stock clock speed, i think a h100i can cool a O.C one

Most people say that 1,3v is about the max a h100i can cool.

But it totally depends on the chip and the temps you are comfortable with.

Iknow that the H110 GT does a better job for high OC's

I've got h100i GTX and it deals with my OC'd 4690k impressively well. I've got it up to 4.7GHz@1,275V and max temp while gaming (H1Z1, Battlefield: Hardline, Shadow of Mordor) was 61°C (idle ~30°C).

Just to compare it, previously I've had CM Seidon 120V and at stock clocks I was getting similar temps (with the same OC it was up around 73°C). Admittedly, now I got Noctua NT-H1 paste applied, while before I used thermal compound that came with the cooler, still a huge difference.

Born to game, forced to work.  -_-

I run a Glacer 240l with a 4770k at 1.45v at 4.65GHz I see max load temps of around 60-65c I had a Seidon 120v and could do 4.5GHz at 1.3 and would get the same temps. It's gonna come down to how good the TIM under the IHS is, and you luck with the silicon lottery.

Here is a comparison of what the 4690k can do stock speed stock cooler compared to overclocked with watercooling... Temps, wattage, speed, its all in here compared to other chips.

You can expect to get 75 degrees at least while under load on a 4690k v1.35 @ 4.6GHz...

But there is a chance you could get higher Temps with those parameters.

I have a Kraken x31 with a 4690k at 4.8 with 1.34v. The liquid gets a bit hot since it's in the rear of my case. I (unfortunately) get 75 to 80C when I run Prime95. The temperatures lower though, even a 10 degree difference when it's down to 4.5.

The temp seems ok to me.
