Lets start off with the PCParts Picker link: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/xM3fjX

Must be able to Render/Stream/Game.

I want to keep, Unless there is a similar case with the same color scheme for cheaper. BitFenix Colossus Venom Window (Black) ATK Full Tower Case, It looks amazing and I like the color scheme.

you are not going to get all this for 800 bucks, sorry. an i7 cpu with 2 monitors, you are looking at a much higher price point. this http://pcpartpicker.com/guide/DyKH99/great-gaming-build

is about as good as it gets without going over budget

Things to cut down on: ssds, these are handy to have but to leave more money for important things like gpu/cpu and ram, cut down to 1 ssd and an hdd or a hybrid drive, which will be even cheaper. Bling, like LEDs or a 150 dollar case, should also be reduced to a minimum until you have the budget for it. Spending 200 dollars on a case and LED lighting will make your build 200 dollars-worth less powerful

If you're willing to forgo some gaming performance, AMD chips for rendering are pretty good value, if you can utilize all 8 threads while rendering.

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/cxRfjX

I'd suggest this, with an Nvidia GPU for CUDA and 8 threads for good multitasking (though like I said, gaming performance will take a hit)

I was lucky enough to find my 8350 for $129.99 over November, but I don't think a deal like that will come around soon.

SSD for what you're currently working on + HDD for mass storage might be a good option for you, though you can cut down as you see fit. (to reduce price)

16GB of RAM would be nice for video editing (I have 8 and I kind of regret getting that little), but if you really can't have the price over $800, you can cut down on this too.

CPU cooler wise I think you'll be okay as long as you don't OC, but the Hyper 212 (or T4) is a great option if you want to OC a little or have a cooler chip.

Dear god, pls just use BB code.

1. Too much expect for little price

2. Get an i5

3. Get an HDD and 1 SSD

4. Case is WAY too much

5. Spending 3/8 of your budget on GPU? Nope.

MY LIST :

1. You can get a cheaper case if needed

2. An i5 is plenty for streaming/gaming

3. Cheaper GPU, still good for gaming

4. Cheaper dvd drive, I didn't even know people still bought those

5. 1TB is necessary for storing games and footage.

6. Windows can be gotten for, lets say, cheaper rates...

This is as close as I can get to your budget if you want that rendering power.

1. The Xeon E3-1231 V3 is basically a locked i7 at a cheaper price.
2. If you wanna get 2 120GB SSDS, you might as well as get 1 256GB at a cheaper price and get more storage later.
3. Wasting most of your budget on the GPU is not good when you're on low budget, so I picked a 290 which is still a decent card.
4. Changed the optical drive to something cheaper. Why would you need a blu-ray drive?
5. I got the OS from Kinguin.net you can get Windows 7 for $30. http://www.kinguin.net/category/13816/windows-7-professional-oem-key-sp1/

CPU: Intel Xeon E3-1231 V3 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor  ($239.99 @ SuperBiiz)

what kind of games do you want to be streaming and recording, because if it's a game like TF2 then I would go for a build like this.

http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/XXCBJx

it will only be able to play very easy games but it should be able to stream and play games like TF2 just fine.

Hope this helps. :)

An AMD cpu has no place in a solely gaming build, end of.

I am curious about these windows keys. Are they real? Has anyone actually installed them ?

After you buy something on G2A, you are asked to verify if it worked or not. Both the people selling these keys have 100% "product key is working" reviews https://www.g2a.com/windows-8-professional-32-64-bit-cd-key-global.html

You can go ~60$ cheaper by getting a Windows key from G2A.

Just remember: Random people on the internet ALWAYS know more than professionals, when someone's lying, AND can predict the future.

Well, another digital retailer that functions in the same way as G2A / Kinguin had plenty of issues when customers became angry with they keys not working after microsoft put out a security update.

I wouldn't be surprised if they were student licenses or something similar.
