Inconsistent framerates

So i recently built my first PC and when i play Battlefield 4 my frame rate is very inconsistent sometimes i get 80 fps others i get 110 but very often i drop into the mid 50's my frame rate never levels out . I thought the 290x would be able to keep me in the low 90's at least.

 

My specs are:

Amd FX-8350

16 GB of Kingston Hyper X Blu overclocked to 2133Mhz due to running at a stock speed of 1333Mhz. After overclocking my average fps went up but i still get big dips.

Gibabyte Radeon R9 290x OC Edition

Asus m5a99x evo r2.0

EVGA NEX 750G

 

My gpu temps stay in the mid 70's and my cpu temps stay in the mid 60's.

A 290x, 970, 780ti and 780 cannot run BF4 maxed out minimum 90 FPS @ 1080p.

Thats illogical

battlefield is pretty demanding (GOOD!) but yeah 90 ish minimum isnt going to happen also its also pretty hard drive demanding as it loads parts of levels as you run back and forth, this is quite map dependant however as i maintain 110fps in operation locker, if you have a normal hard drive get an ssd, if you have a 128gb ssd get a bigger 1 and have atleast 10% spare.

s*** happens, i know plenty of lower spec builds that get better frames with no drops so it isnt your system.

good hunting, noone here can fix it for you by deleting some mysterious file.
