Planning my first PC

Hiya, I am planning my first build and was aiming to get an acceptable frame rate on high setting on GTA V, could you have a look over to point out any problems or improvements

Memory: Kingston Fury Black Series 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory  (£49.12 @ Amazon UK)..change to a 2x4gb kit 

Storage: Sandisk Solid State Drive 128GB 2.5" Solid State Drive  (£43.98 @ Dabs) ...change to a 850 evo 120 or 250 if you can afford it

Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive  (£41.79 @ Amazon UK)

I wasn't planning on anything like that but it might be something to consider. The only other things that I was going to be doing with it was university work, some 3D modeling and light use of things like MATlab
