Windows 8 use of Portrait Monitor

Robi_g
Go to solution Solved by dfsdfgfkjsefoiqzemnd,

I'm not aware of any way to do what you want. You're going to have to deal with the disgusting waste of space.

He already is dealing with a disgusting OS to begin with, so I don't think it will be that much of a problem.  :P

Joking aside, I can't believe they thought that this was good enough for portrait devices.  A quick search revealed no real fixes, not even by the community.

So I've recently had my monitor portrait, and am wondering if there's a way to get groups of tiles to stack and make full use of the monitor.

I'm one of the few who likes the start screen instead of the start menu. Still an oversight by MS though
