I am building my own computer and i was wonder what power supply would by good?

Asus P8Z77 I deluxe

corsair neutron 120gb

seagate barracuda 2tb

​corsair vengeance 2x8gb

i5 3570k

galaxy gtx670

NZXT Kraken X40

Since the case is only compatible with SFX power supplies, PC Case Gear has the Silverstone 450W SFX power supply but it's best that you don't overclock as 450W isn't a huge amount for a pretty high end system.
