I was playing minecraft with a friend recently and he told me that he was seeing some very strange things in his game. So I had him send me a screenshot and I got this. Would you think that this is due to overheating?

Is his gpu overclocked? If so reset it to factory default

 

It's most likely a minecraft glitch though

im pretty sure you could remove your gpu in minecraft and you would get the same fps.

 

not artifacting btw, just minecraft being, not un optimized, but glitchy being java based in nature.
