I would personally go with asus because I like their features on that board better

but the MSI does look better in black

Do they both have all of the features you want?  If so, then you really can't go wrong as they're both good boards.  You might want to consider how they look paired with your color scheme?

They both got EVERYthing i need both at $120 at the tech corner store near my house both will match color scheme both got EPIC bios both can do crossfire.

Well there's a couple of differences: MSI gives you more USB 3.0 ports and more important, M.2 slot for a very fast ssd if you ever want one. The Asus one however gives you intel LAN which I think it's a bit of an edge.

 

So unless you really like the color scheme, I'd go with MSI
