personally it doesn't matter its just personal taste

i use hotmail for anything gaming/social media related and gmail for serious and business related, heck i even have yahoo mail as backup

they're all nice and easy to use

Should I switch from Outlook to Gmail? I'm holding back, since I have all of my contacts on Outlook, and I got Microsoft Office Online (a cut down version of Office with better compatibility) and you know, it's not Gmail, so less spam and it's being overlooked by Microsoft ,good for Windows 10. On the other hand, Gmail is a better email service in my opinion, and is integrated with Google Docs, which are pretty damn good, for my usage. What do you think? What do you use personally?

aince all smartphones let you have multimail accounts in them, i would suggest you had 2 emails, like i do :one for fun and shit and the other one only for work and school stuff.. it got my life easyer and don't forget you also have google drive And onedrive..

i basically have online storage of about 26 GB on onedrive AND 15 GB on googledrive...

having the two af them also permits you to recover one from the other without needing to ask your siter's mail as a backup ahhah

p.s. of coure one should be gmail and the other should be outlook ;)

Actually, I hate Inbox. It's just dumb and marks "Lost My Password" as low priority. And I don't use mail for finance or travel or anything much else so important, and don't get many emails, so Inbox is not an option. But it is pretty.

Yeah, I have Outlook (I guess it is now, it was named Live back in the day) for important stuff and more stuff. Gmail is just a backup and for Google services. I have Mail.com for public inquires, but that's not very important.

Ok,

You can change the priority of key word i.e "password", and delete folder like travel and finance.

That does not change the fact it's more inefficient for me personally. I don't get 10+ emails every day.
