Buying new laptop

Next year I plan on getting a laptop for school that is relatively light and that can play low performance games relatively well.(Dota 2 , Civ 5 , Skyrim) I know that in a few months that the market will have changed and there will be new laptops out that may be better for what im paying for, but id still like some advise on mobile GPU's and what not.

 

I live in Ireland and I have a budget of around 400-600 euro

Been playing on a laptop for 6 years, I play Dota 2 with 10fps. Some might say this is impossible, I say its just annoying

i5 cpu 

8gb ram

960m gpu or amd equivalant

250gb ssd

screen better then 1366x766
