So i am looking for replacement fans to replace the SP120Ls that came with my H105 the fans

Fans that i am looking at

EK Vardar F2-120

Alphacool NB-eloop 1200rpm

Corsair SP120 Quiet Edition PWM Dual pack(look good and quiet not sure about there performance though)

NF-F12 iPPC 2000 PWM(out of budget but would be willing to save up if they are the best)

Silverstone AP121

Bitfenix Spectre Pro

Let me know which one out of these are best, if you recommend another 120mm fan for static pressure and is around $18 per fan let me know, thanks

Cougar Vortex fans, great and reasonably cheap.

(second time recommending of the day, lol)

but they are orange and even the black ones have orange rubber  in the corners and the only ones that would match my build are the blue ones but they have leds and i don't really like LED fans

Just paint the orange black, or block out the LEDs.

wouldn't those be a pain to get out of the corners and how would i block out the LEDs is there a wire i could cut or maybe just cut of the LED itself off

I have two Noctua NF-F12 on my H105 and they are just amazing with static pressure and really pushing the heat out. They run quietly and yet perforamance is really good! I also have Cooler Master Jet Flo 120 ( which are extremely loud) and im saving up some money to get two more Noctua Nf-f12 industrial 200 rpms). My uncle has the SP120 and they are good and not noisy at all but I like the prestigious feeling of having a Noctua( I still find I push a few more Celsius out more then him but it hard to say) . Noctua all the way! :D

so do you think that they are really worth 52 dollars and even if they are why wouldn't i just get the Ek vardar F2-120 which are $36 and seem to perform very well, and are quiet as well

the vadars seem to be AWESOME

they are not

everyone is mistaken, those fans are horrible and overrated

they are very loud and produce little airflow and static pressure

if you want more info see here: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/96695-done-for-now-serenity-4960x-gtx770/page-7#entry4593386

also you can see here that they are loud, and the motor produces a bad tone

the vardars are crap for reasons I stated above

the eloops are extremely good for quiet+static pressure, but their airflow is not great

corsair SPs have good static pressure but even the quiet edition fans are too loud and you would need to run them at sub-800rpm which makes static pressure drop a lot

the noctua industrial fans are very loud, but have the best airflow and static pressure, only buy these if you like noise or wear closed headphones

silverstone fans have a bad noise to static pressure ratio, but their airflow is good

spectre pro has decent noise level, good airflow and decent static pressure so basically decent all around

personally I like my PC as quiet as possible so I got the NB eloops

Its honestly up to you! My personal opinion and experience is Noctua fans are really good! I mean these fans to seem pretty good for their dollars to performance and after this video these fans do seem like a vidal option! I would still go Noctua!

so would the Alpha cool eloops be as quiet as the regular eloops because the regular eloops are really expensive and don't match my color scheme but the alpha cool ones do, so do you think that i should get the alphacool NB eloops also they are only 3 pin so no pwm so are they still worth it or go for something else?

yes the alphacool ones are the same just with different coloured blades

also PWM is not really necessary

PWM lets you go down to 20-30% fan speed while non-PWM only lets you go down to 40%

but these fans are so quiet you can have them at 50-60% and you wont hear them at all
