Sorry if I posted in the wrong place, but this was as close as I thought I would get. Unless I go to general.

Anyways, product:

I just seen quite a number of people in youtube videos that do reviews and other tech stuff have, what I believe happens to be, this chair in the background. Or they look awfully similar if not. So is this chair as good as people say? I am looking to replace my current office chair that is around 7 or 8 years old now. The cushion you sit on, as you can imagine from all these years sitting on it, pretty much has a hole there. And it's not very comfy. On top of the fact that the springs or what ever are super tight, so it's almost impossible to lean back in it, unless I'm lifting up my feet to push against the desk. And I honestly don't want to use so much force just to relax and watch a movie or something.

Anyways, good chair or not? Getting one for my up coming birthday, so need to pick one out fast. I don't want to get something cheap, for like $50 or something. But I don't want to break the person's bank, as them purchasing like a $350+ chair for me is expensive, plus I would not feel comfortable.

How is that "gaming" chair any different than an office chair? There is no need to spend that much money on a chair

I've read reviews for it and people say it's very comfortable. As well as someone even here saying so. But I want to get as many confirmations as possible about this chair. As I can't just go to my microcenter just to sit in the chair and see if I like it or not. I'm close to the store, but not that close. Of course, if my mind is fairly set on it, I'll find a time when I need something else as well and go there and see if it's on display and possibly sit in it. To see if I really like it. That way it's not a wasted trip. Since if I won't like it, I'll still get what I came for.

I've tried many different office chairs some time back. And the only ones I was comfortable in are expensive. And are well over $150, excluding a few that were on clearance for about that price. Or chairs that were slightly damaged that were around the same price, or within $50 difference. Both, over and under $150.

Plus this one looks more appealing than some chairs I've seen. So if this one is comfortable for someone who spends their entire time behind the computer screen, it's a definite buy for me. Comfortable and visually appealing? Why not?

It seems like a nice chair, however in my opinion $150 is quite expensive.
