You could run off this though http://www.game-debate.com/games/index.php?g_id=5490&game=Star%20Citizen or http://starcitizen.wikia.com/wiki/Star_Citizen

The game, is crowed funded.  It is not your typical list price game.  If you want in on the beta/alpha/whatever you need to buy a applicable ship to play.  That cost $45 or more depending on the ship you will buy.

If you're wanting to run the game at "Ultra" settings you cant build that machine today.  It is quite demanding, even for just the dog fighting.

But if you want something that it can run at medium settings, Anything that is greater than a Core i5-4670/AMD A10-7850k with a GTX 780Ti/R9-290 will do you justice.

Please spend as much time writing your question, as you want me to spend responding to it.  Take some time, and explain your issue, please!

Judging by the YouTube videos people with 780ti or R9 290 are maxing out the game in it's current form. Certainly Not playing on medium settings..

This is people playing in the hangar module or the Arena Commander. Not the full game. The full game will cover a MUCH larger area, which means more details for the GPU/CPU to manage not to include more overhead for additional players. I would suggest that the game will become about 30% or so more demanding by launch.

Just keep in mind, after release, no more ships for real money. Alsu buying game currency with real money will be limited and pay to win will not be as much an issue.

For ships, everything will be available in game, no exclusivity (asside from lti insurance). Rec is also now implemented, so you can get anything ingame, at least those that are flight ready.

@Oseth

A 960 should be enough, but not on high graphics or resolution.

Speaking of REC, DO NOT DO A FULL LOADOUT OF NEUTRON CANNONS. You kill everything with one shot, but you have to be inside of 500 meters to get any sort of aiming guide.
