So the C drive is just suppose to have my OS because it isn't out of my computer (temp borrow it until I can get OS)

But my computer wants to download everything onto it, how can i get to download to my other drives?

I haven't been able to download flash or whatever that thing you need for Netflix...

Don't understand the question.

Please spend as much time writing your question, as you want me to spend responding to it.  Take some time, and explain your issue, please!

Don't understand the question.

I have C, E, and F drive.

Nothing but the OS is suppose to be on drive C.

But whenever I click on the flash or silverlight, it goes straight to my c drive but it needs to be on drive F or E, trying to figure out how to change it...

You do understand that some programs, Silverlight being one of them, NEED to be on the same drive as the OS because they will pull from some of the rendering pieces of Internet Explorer.  Not to include, it is a PART of Windows Update, so I highly suggest that maybe your system needs to be updated.

Since this isn't even my HDD or OS I don't wanna put it in that folder...I can reinstall it when I get my own OS...

So you're asking how to pirate Windows with your own spin on it?  Its against forum rules.

For most software (Even Java and Flash) you can select install folder. But for others, there isn't option for it. Skype and Chrome are most notable of it. But everytime you install something, it leaves mark in OS registery. So when you change OS drive again, you can't use anything you have installed while on other OS.
