I have not been on LTT much since the update, what does the Guild button on posts do?

Think of it as a little like reddit gold, you can gild a comment if you like their particular comment/post. However it's not fully implemented yet afaik.

I touched it once (on my own post lol) and it did nothing.

 How come it doesn't show up on everyone's post? Do they have to be above a certain post count?
