Wow, you have a lot of questions.

Ok. The 3570K is still very good. Better than a FX 6300 and better than the FX 8350 in many if not all gaming scenarios.

The 4670K is a bit better I think, but not worth the difference at the moment I suppose.

And I'm not sure about the cooler and mobo.

A good Z97 board would be fit. And as for cooling: air cooling is still fine, like the Hyper EVO 212 and some others and water cooling (AIO) will be a bit more expensive and..

Might not even be worth it.

Look at stuff like the H100i or something

ye im sorry about that :D but as you can see its the hardest week ever for me :S , well so do you think core i5 will stand with me for long time more than the fx-6 fx-8 or the haswell ? and should i oc it or not worth ?

A friend of mine has a i5 2500K and it is still very good.

CPU's haven't changed a whole ton in terms of gaming so it's still good.

And yes, I think it will be better for gaming than both FX CPU's because it is much greater single core performance (and it's a quad core which is still plenty)

and you can OC it for a bit more performance yeah

OC it if you need the extra performance. If not there is no point but without oc it should suffice. the i5 should be relevant for a long time to come. Both processors are marketed towards a different audience, intel for gamers and amd for budget video editors.

The 3570K uses the same 22nm cores as the 4690K. It will just OC less. Get a Z77 and a H100i and you should be good.

And yes, the 3570K is better than any FX series CPU at gaming.

Go for a R9 270X or 280. (I don't know much about Egypt prices)

thank you guys but is there's something else than Z77 ? because its kinda expensive here. i need something abit lower for a decent price, also r9 280x is the maximum gpu for the core  i5 ? others will bottlenecking it ?!

No, you can go up to a GTX 980. Or maybe 2 with the 3570K no issues.

Z77 is expensive because it is older, and harder to find. But that is the only way you are going to be able to overclock.

If prices allow, go for the 280X or 960 at best. They might not allow so drop down to a 285 or 280.

For the Best builds and Price lists here is a world where many points of the price have been predefined already for your convenience!

The Xeon E3 1231 V3 IS BETTER Than the Core i5 4690K and a Significantly better value for the non-overclockers or value shoppers.

Go for the 960 as I think it's package deal is far worth $7.  The 285 is fine but it's nothing compared to the 960 as far as not performance.  Performance wise they are par.

The i5-4670k at stock gets 7% higher score in Passmark than the i5-3570k at stock, which isn't too big a deal and even if it was, you can overclock.

Any recent i5 (e.g., Sandy Bridge or later) is a great gaming CPU.

im just worried that i wont be able to upgrade my processor anymore once i get the i5 3570k because its socket is lga 1155 while the rest of higher processors are lga 1150 and if there's some cpus supporting 1155 and higher than the i5 it will be out of stock for sure .. so i will have to upgrade my mobo too once im up to upgrade the i5 3570k to something else like i7 .. so im confused.. idk what should i do

There are i7 1155 socket processors too. Their not all out of stock,.. there will always be people upgrading who had them.

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz

I would go with the 3570K in your position. It will last a good couple years as is plus they have good overclocking headroom.

I wouldn't worry much about lack of an upgrade path. Even those of us with 1150 setups are screwed past Broadwell since Skylake is on the new 1151 socket.

No one has an upgrade path at the moment. AM3+ and FM2 are supposedly out the door this year, and 1150 is done this year too.

The only ones with a secure upgrade path at the moment are the chaps with 2011 V3 setups.
