Im currently doing a build for my first PC and was wondering if its worth spending an extra £35-£40 on getting the amd fx8320 over getting a amd fx6300 im mainly going to use the pc for gaming on CSGO, H1Z1 and BF4 also maybe some streaming but thats unlikely what do you guys think?

If your primary goal is gaming, go for an Intel CPU.

Something like an i5 4440

Neither are suitable. Get either an i5-4440 + cheap h81 motherboard (use stock cooling fan) (will come out to around $210 total for the platform), or an i5-4460 + h97 motherboard (use stock cooling fan again). Forget about FX CPUs for gaming right now. They have too poor multi-threaded performance. If this breaks your budget, then an i3-4130 + h81 board will be better than the FX CPUs, even the FX-8 cores.

It might help if you post the entire build and budget, where you live, and currency. CPUs don't exist in a vacuum.

I don't know how CPU intensive streaming will be, but I would only go with AMD right now if I happen to need a lot of raw processing power that happens to favours the AMD cpu (which is getting rarer and rarer).

Like everyone else, if your main focus is gaming and the system and you need something with good value (I assume you do, since you're contemplating on whether it is worth it to spend extra), i5-4400/4600 seems to be a better bet.
