yep. I have 2 248h panels which I recommend you get instead because the 247h has horrible ghosting.

The 247h is actually a 23.6 inch monitor and has an ugly large bezel.

The 248h panels are great if you are on a budget but eventually I had to upgrade :/

I have the ve248h. I can tell you the response time is more than great. Some of the Splended options are alright. The contrast ratio is ok. The Trace Free options are... weird. At 100%, very bad. I have it at 40% and it seems fine.

I did have tearing issues with the screen, I'm pretty sure that was just the game I was playing...

Colors are decent, blown away by even a budget ips screen though.

Speakers are sad.

Oh yee, mine has four stuck pixels. None of them are obvious.

edit: Tried to overclock the screen, beyond 75Hz and you'll start to have problems. Mine is good for 90Hz in games, Windows desktop becomes ...hard to use.

I would pick from one of these as you can go IPS for that price http://goo.gl/UM1uF
