That looks great to me except the hard drives. I'd just get 1 2TB one. Z97 will be plenty for you and X99 doesnt have anything you need especially for the price. I think it's only like $100-$200 more but it's not worth it...

dang thats one beast of a rig. I dont know if you would want to wait but maybe waiting and seeing what AMD has coming would be a good idea. iunno its just a thought
