I have DT770 Pro and they sound amaaaazing. If any one needs semi-open-back headphones, the 880 is sure to please.

you can get dt990s better and more comfortable for less on ebay/amazon used.  I always buy headphones used, because i have never gotten ones in bad condition, and if they are, return them for a full refund.  i highly recommend the dt990s

I avoid used headphones for the hygiene issue. Especially with headphones that use velour earpads. They could be in very good condition, but they're been sitting on the side of a strangers face, soaking up their sweat and facial oils and creating a nice oasis for bacteria and other things to grow. Replacing the earpads and headband cushion are enough of a cost to kill the value proposition of most used headphone sales (for me at least).

 

Nonetheless it's a good price for the DT 880s.

No. They're the same headphone, cosmetically.

 

This is an excellent price for the DT 880. They are comparable to many more expensive headphones.
