Sleeved cables color cordination help.

So I am looking at sleeving my current PSU cables,  but my issue is I don't know what order or how I should even go about arranging the colors Yellow, Blue, Black, and White. 

What needs to get sleeved:
24-Pin
2x 6+2 PCI-E 
2x 6-Pin
2 x SATA

1 x 8-Pin EPS 12V

I've had the PSU since 2009 and it hasn't failed on me yet.
