970 question

How does a 970 fair in a dual 1080p monitor setup? I play pretty ez going games like dota and csgo but I do plan to play gta5. Would I need to upgrade to a 2nd 970 or should I just get a single 980? I'm planning on getting 2 uh2414's - opinions on them? Price doesn't matter, i'll be buying the monitors one at a time.

It think the GTX 970 will deal with a pair of 1080p monitors OK, I wouldn't bother buying a second card or getting a GTX 980

It's more than enough. By the way you won't be able to game on  them at the same time I'm afraid.

You can play cs go on 4k with a r9 285 so yeah...

i have 3 monitors, upscaled to 1440p, 1400p and 1600p trough the guide luke did ages ago, and i dont have any issues running several games at once.

 

my choice in games is somewhat similar to the games you listed.

A 970 powers both my 1080@144hz panel and a 1050@60hz panel. 90+ fps with no overclocking yet, movies and gaming at same time.
