Ive never built a pc before and I need help picking the components for a $1500 to $2000 Pc for Star Citizen. Any ideas?

Just the Os. I already have the peripherals and a monitor I run with my Lenovo Y50.

It might be better to post this request to the New Builds and Planning section of the forum, then the forum can choose you the best build.

If you specify your budget and intended use (including whether it's just for gaming or whether you need it for resource heavy applications).

 

Having said that, if you're building it solely to play Star Citizen this might be a better place to post the request, but wherever you post (if that is the case) post that there too.

The one thing I always like to point out in these threads is if you are doing a build for Star Citizen you would be FAR better off waiting till next year, however if you want to do a gaming build and that list of games just happens to include Star Citizen then doing it now makes more sense.
