Buy the Nepton 240M.  Well worth the extra money.  The Seidon 240M is great, I own it, and you can't go wrong with either, but if I were buying now, I would get the Nepton 240M.

You cant oc a non k processor.

How did you oc it then?

ASRock has a utility that can overclock (using BLCK clocking) and most allow

BLCK bus overclocking. moving from the stock 3.6 to a 4.0 follows the usual

10% 105ish bus speed increase. non k will not allow the multiplier to be altered,

but the BLCK is fair game in all overclocking.

Yeah, Asus has something in their boards too.

But my point is, I dont think its possible to get to 4.0 form 3.2, considering how bad the blck adjusts on Intel

Lets all ripperoni in pepperoni

3.2 is stock clock

3.6 is turbo clock

10% 3.6 is 4.0
