I got this bug when trying to render my new intro. can anyone help?

I don't know where to start. Do you get the option to repair the installation in Add or Remove programs?

No i pushed render and it did that.

it has done it on all the settings i have done i used 1080p on them all

I don't think I understand what you mean.

Do you mean you have rendered other files on the same settings or something?
