X:Rebirth current status?

So I see that X:Rebirth is on sale on steam so im thinking of buying it however I don't know what its current playable status. I have played a lot of the X series and I absolutely love them however last I checked rebirth was less than acceptable so If this has change please let me know :)

Display: BenQ XL2730Z 2560x1440 144Hz
