4 fan headers enough?

Sebastian M
Go to solution Solved by Faceman,

Plenty.  If you need more, you can buy fan splitters or fan controllers

Just bought a gigabyte z97X-ud5h-black edition, and realized there only was 4 fan headers..

Do I need more than 4 for keeping my system silent and cool?

Thanks in advance guys :-)

Even if you get something like a soc force with 8 headers, only 4 sysfans will be controlled normally. The can't be controlled for some reason.

4 is enought, but something like a grid+ will be even better,

There are splitters for PSU via molex, or motherboard fan header splitters.
