Overclocking is dead, E3 is the King? I don't believe it.

I'm not interesting in showing off, but stock cooler sucks, especially after few years of using. 

Sure it does. But that doesn't mean it's inadequate if you're just web browsing 80% of the time and don't live in sweltering heat. And either way my point is just that buying overclockable CPUs, expensive beefy CPU coolers and wasting so much power for a small gain is not desirable for many PC buildings budgets.
