well that doesn't really answer my qustian but ok

Setup is fine, Buy some low noise adapters or use software to control the fan speed

What fans are they? Are they PWM fans?

 

What motherboard do you have? does it have fan Q-Control?

 

What do those fans do? are they intake or exhaust? They should all be exhaust and you should have a fan at the front of the case as intake. 

 

Need so much more information lol

i don't know what q control is but my mother bored is a gigabyte ga-970a-d3
