Anybody use Classic Shell?

I use it on all of my computers, from xp to 7-it uses a lot less resources (7MB vRAM under XP, 65MB under Win 7)

There are no downsides BTW, unless losing all of the unnecessary flashy crap is a downside.

My Mum can build her own and diagnose problems, due to my brother and I being PC builders... she listens/learns/gets hands on and I'm proud as punch of her abilities...

Mum states "It's just an electric jigsaw puzzle, it only goes together a certain way"

With Dad, he thinks he knows best (Mwoar Cores type of mentality!!!), can't be told he's wrong and I gave up trying a long time ago...

I think my Dad really gave up because of a small issue...(plus he can ask others to do it)  he can soak in the info...ponder for a while (never admitting he's wrong though)... but it's the practical nature that gets to him... at least I think.. Pretty much with the Big hands he has, can't get into nook n crannies, gets frustrated, curses like hell,...throws a tantrum ;)

Startisback is quite nice too... but I got used to ClassicStart first.
