Yup, you should be fine! If you put your partslist into pcpartpicker, it will give you a very close estimate of the wattage your system will use by adding together the ratings for all your components.

Is it bad that my dream setup only costs a few thousand not counting the obutto?

Yeah, but did you already buy the 9590?

If so, that's to bad.

If not, get a 4690k instead.
