Separate volume control dials.

Go to solution Solved by Enderman,

Two reasons. I'm lazy :D and there are times when i'm playing a game or running a full screen program and dont want to go to the desktop to select a slider and do all of this other nonsense; and no my keyboard does not have volume control on it either.

k then get something like this

My speakers are cheap and don't have a volume control dial on them (a mistake on my part). Does anyone make a stand alone volume control dial or are they only bundled with sound cards?

Technically, just get a good pots (potentiometer), and install it in the middle of the speaker input cable. Can even dress it up with a fancy box and knob.

Syba DAC is cheaper in the US, and has more functionality than a simple USB windows volume control.

Is PC audio routed through USB on this DAC?

Also, I couldn't remember who made this last time I posted, but this is more for what you're describing: http://www.amazon.com/Volume-Controller-Fostex-Pc-1e-White/dp/B0058B1T4M
