Hello LTT's Forum,

I am curious if a cheaper speaker is worth buying for my Creative Sound Blaster Z (PCIe).

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16829102048&cm_re=Creative_Sound_Card-_-29-102-048-_-Product

For me, I am trying to find a speaker just to listen some music while I am in my bed or doing my homework without wearing my headphone, Sennheiser HD 558.

I don't really need this expensive speaker that it is designed for studio uses or anything, lol.

I would prefer Logitech to match my mouse and keyboard. :D (G700s and G710+), lol.

I was considering a Logitech Multimedia Speakers Z200.

Or Logitech Z130

http://www.amazon.com/Logitech-980-000417-Speakers-Z130/dp/B003CP0OT2/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1425983336&sr=8-3&keywords=Logitech+Speaker

Then I get this confusing about this box that is connected to the speaker, Z313.

http://www.amazon.com/Logitech-980-000382-Z313-Speaker-System/dp/B002HWRZ2K/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1425983336&sr=8-1&keywords=Logitech+Speaker

What is it for and what does it do? Is it worth grabbing it if the price is right?

depends

speakers/headphones only matter to people who really cares and can hear the sound quality

to me as a person who can't hear the difference between audio quality, will just go buy cheap speakers which serves its purpose, gives out sound

so the question is, do you care about audio quality? if yes, then look for something better depending on the budget, if no, then any cheap speaker will do :)

Hmm, I am in the middle that cares about audio quality, but I can't tell the difference between a good one and bad one, lol.

Just that I don't want some crappy speaker that will give out in a month or so, lol.

They shouldn't die just because they're cheap, but I think you may come to realize that you CAN tell the different in quality.

If you're just looking for something that works, then a cheap speaker will be fine. If it has a decent number of reviews, and most are good, I wouldn't worry about them dying too soon. If you don't like them, you can return them for something different anyway. (If you're buying from Amazon, at least)

Hey! New SIgnature!

I'm supposedly a person on the Internet, but you'll never know if I'm human or not ;)
