all 280x user please tell me your psu Watt and model

I've built a few client systems with quality 500w PSU's  of various brandage and their still running fine without issue (as far as I know)

I have not built a system using a 280x with anything lower than 500w.

Just make sure you search for the PSU review.

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz

Yeah, you could use a Corsair CM 500w. My friend used a Corsair CS 550w though. You could get away with 500w though.

That's besides the point. It doesn't tell you 1. Exactly what you need as it's estimated 2. What a quality power supply is.

@Tim Drake Yeah it says how much watts you need? Then you can decide on what PSU from abovethat wattage range. Then he can ask what 500w PSU to get instead of "what PSU I need"?!

It is quicker because you are not asking 2 questions then?

It will, you just go here: http://www.coolermaster.outervision.com/

then put in the components then when I do it I chooses the PSU model higher for example if it says 437w I will get a 550w PSU.

That is why you put your specific components in...

That is what the power calculator is for.

omg i'm done.

Someone with my exact same parts may have different wattage as it depends on what you use it for and what you get, if you overclock etc.

There are so many determining factors.

Yeah, that is why you get the model up unless you know you will do extreme overclocking
