HDD Life

Go to solution Solved by Altecice,

is that the 36 in threshold?

make sure that doesn't go up?

The raw value would be a better one to keep an eye on, right now its 2 so if it stays there than that could just be 2 bad sectors and if its not rising then its fine. If its rising then your disk is starting to fail.

what? only 7k hours?

my drives are at over 20k and still perfect...

Keep an eye on the sectors to make sure they aren't rising. If its not rising then its "ok" to use for now but you really want to back up all your data now.
