New Psu clicks?

Okay, so I installed my new PSU last night and I turned on my pc to hear click click click click click on the PSU...

 

I lifted up one side of the pc slightly to more level and the click stops - I am assuming that it is the fan of my psu as it is bottom mounted I mounted the PSU fan facing down. 

 

Should i take it out and install it with the fan facing up? or what should i do?

If you want problem fixed, RMA it. Out of curiosity, what Psu is it?

Make sure nothing has fallen into it when you were building it.

There could be something in the fan blades, otherwise you should RMA it.

I have a ThermalTake PSU that clicks every now and then since the day I bought it.... been about 2 years now....doesn't seem to be a problem, my computer runs just fine. Only does it every 2 or 3 hrs.

I flipped it around so the fan is facing up and doesn't click anymore.. i think the plastic piece for exhausting was hitting the blades whenever It went to the sides.
