Choosing SSD

Hi guys.

 

My PC

 

Intel i5-4690k

MSI GTX 780 OC

8 Gb RAM

 

And old slow HDD - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822148764

 

I want to buy SSD and i have few options

 

OCZ VERTEX 460 SSD VTX460-25SAT3-480G  - http://pcpartpicker.com/part/ocz-internal-hard-drive-vtx46025sat3480g

CRUCIAL M500 480GB  CT480M500SSD1 - http://pcpartpicker.com/part/crucial-internal-hard-drive-ct480m500ssd1

INTEL SSD 530 SERIES SSDSC2BW480A4K5 - http://pcpartpicker.com/part/intel-internal-hard-drive-ssdsc2bw480a4k5

 

I will use it for Windows 8.1, games, games, games and software. Movies, chrome cache and other stuff i will store on my HDD or cloud.

 

So which should I choose?

intel 530 ssd will be better

The m500 will be the best overall, but the intel 530 will be extremely reliable, they are great for data that you can't afford to lost.

What about Samsung 850 Evo-Series 500GB 2.5" SATA III TLC 

Crucial BX100 500GB 2.5" SATAIII MLC
 
They both have same MTBF - 1.5 million hours, but Samsung has 2 times more TBW - 140 vs 72 (Micron)
 
So Samsug will be better option ?

Yes the Samsung is the better option and it is more expensive as well. I myself would go for the Samsung over any other SSD.

A water-cooled mid-tier gaming PC.
