If you don't already have a graphics card, or the one you have is rubbish, get the R9 280 first.

 

Your i3 shouldn't bottleneck the new card.

Get the GPU. You need one and the i3 isn't bad. Integrated graphics is very bad. Since you aren't rich like some people on here it may go without saying but WAIT FOR DEALS! It is worth it! You may get a better part for the same price as the listed ones and as the part may end up being bottlenecked. (not the r9 but if you got a better one on sale) it will still preform better. NCIX and NewEgg sales are the cradle of civilization.
