New page when editing or quoting

When I edit a post, or I quote someone, it sends me to a new page:

it just started doing this yesterday. how can I fix this?

this maybe a feature, I get it too, I hadn't tried quoting or editing a post till you said.

 

it's never done this to me before today, before this it would edit/quote on the page.

Huh, I've been replaying to quite some topics today and now I notice I have it too. I think it's a new feature, there are more options available too.

Looks like the same options to me. It isn't really an issue, I was just wondering if it was happening to anyone else too.
