A quick question regarding 5820k/295x2

Quick question guys can my 5820k handle 2 295x2, or should i just stick to one? maybe upgrade to 5960 just for the double 295x2

Your 5820K is more than enough for dual 295x2. Heck, for 4k gaming even a 4690K can keep pace with it (to some degree...)

 

The recommended processor for something like that is a 4770K or 4790K

I think it could handle it but the 5930k OC better

No it doesn't. 5820K/5930K/5960X will all Overclock the same
