Also, damn that's a lot of RAM... I've only got 8GB....

so i just had to reintall windows and i reinstalled geforce experince and i saw this. I dont know if it was like that befor  

GTX 760 and 32GB of ram - that's a balanced system :D

Go to task manager, then system monitor, then to the memory tab

It will show you why not all your ram is usable :)

the BIOS and kernel reserve some memory. perfectly normal, and is also the case on my machine, except mine reserves even more for the integrated graphics.
